INGESTION HARDENING COMPLETE (Sep 2, 2026, 2:58pm BST): All 13 fixes implemented; typecheck passes and 21/21 tests pass. Changes: CORS + timing-safe auth docs/implementation, jobId validation, 60MB body limit, health error logging, admin job logs endpoint, URL fetch 60s timeout/100MB download cap, single base64 decode, pre-hash file size check, crawlberg backoff 3→20s + retry all 500s, fileBytes Uint8Array type, explicit URL sorting, Env augmentation, regenerated worker types. New GET /admin/jobs/:id/logs endpoint requires platform auth + X-Sphere-Slug. ARCHITECTURE.md updated and now attached as file:193.
