INGESTION COMPLETE (Aug 20, 2026, 3:09pm): Deployed to https://docuclear-ingestion.mike-c79.workers.dev, smoke test passed on first poll, 21/21 tests pass. Issues fixed: port 8000 (not 5000), base64 decode with atob(), schedule() expects seconds not ms, retry method corrected for crawl jobs, instance type upgraded to standard-1 (4GiB). Model verification: Tesseract 5.5.0 (121 traineddata), PaddleOCR (17 ONNX), layout detection (2 ONNX), no embedding models (correct). Follow-ups: Workers AI binding for premium structured/vision (stubbed 501), crawlberg digest pin, max_instances scaling knob.
