Platform (docuclear-sphere) implementation complete (Aug 20, 2026 ~1:40pm): 30 files across dispatch/ and admin/. Corrected binding shapes landed (d1+id, vectorize index_name, DO namespace, version_metadata, BUNDLE_SHA plain_text), manifest.migrations verbatim pass-through, 4 workflows (provision/deprovision/update_all/revectorize — revectorize checks dims actually changed), CustomerAgent DO, LIVE_VERIFICATION.md with 7 tests incl. version_metadata. GAPS IN REPORT: (1) no typecheck/test statement — required given binding shapes were just rewritten; (2) next-steps ordering omits docuclear-ingestion deploy — it must deploy before first real customer; (3) unconfirmed: plan_features seed values (max_file_mb ≤50) and CONCURRENCY_LIMIT var injection. All three repos now code-complete; the program gate is the live-verification suite. Sphere bundle upload coordination: someone with R2 access must upload versions/{sha}/ artifacts — likely Mike runs wrangler r2 object put or grants the sphere coder scoped credentials.
[Update Aug 20, 2026]: RESOLVED (2:00pm): (1) typecheck 0/0 errors (dispatch + admin); (2) deploy order corrected and documented; (3) plan_features confirmed — max_file_mb=50 for ALL tiers (physics), CONCURRENCY_LIMIT injected as plain_text var per tier (sphere reads env.CONCURRENCY_LIMIT, ingestion service hard cap 1/3/10); (4) DO binding name corrected to 'IngestionAgent' — sphere's wrangler and provisioning workflow aligned. All three repos now code-complete, typechecked, and evidence-aligned. Ready for deploy.
