Product direction (8 Sep 2026): Sphere may evolve into a customer-ready agent workspace inspired by Cloudflare-OS. Core pieces: skills, evidence store, Surface tool, and AgentOS callsigns. New idea: add 'gadgets' to Sphere; gadgets plus the work-engineering database form the workspace, while an external LLM creates/codes and runs gadgets through MCP. This is viewed as a narrower, more sellable starting point than full Cloudflare-OS.
