New project: Sphere Starter (8 Sep 2026). Sphere Starter is a simpler, customer-ready version of Sphere built on Cloudflare Computer. It uses a single Computer workspace per client with directories: skills/, documents/, evidence/, gadgets/. Skills are Markdown workflows stored in skills/ and exposed via MCP (list_skills, get_skill). Documents live in documents/ (with optional extracted text/metadata). Evidence (knowledge map: decisions, priorities, relationships, status) can be stored as structured entries in evidence/ and/or a DB, referencing paths in Computer. Gadgets (code/configs) will live in gadgets/ later. Sphere Starter = structured workspace on Computer + MCP surface, without the full Cloudflare-OS scope.
