DEPLOY-WORKER ENDPOINT WORKING (Aug 22, 2026, 3:45pm BST): Both test customers (test-alpha, test-gamma) active and healthy. Provisioning flow split: workflow creates D1/KV/Vectorize/R2 (~30s, status=provisioning), then POST /api/customers/{id}/deploy-worker deploys sphere worker (~3.3s, status=active). Fixes: (1) manifest sha256 vs R2 git SHA — added bundle_sha field; (2) R2 manifest upload wrapping — uploaded raw JSON; (3) audit() signature — passed { DB } not DB; (4) same-zone health check removed — deploy verified by CF API response. Remaining: workflow deploy step still hangs (workaround in place), no test suite, Paddle billing placeholder, CustomerAgent DO alarms untested.
