CORRECTION: gatekeepers descend from CLOUDFLARE'S OWN open-source cloudflare-os (their AI productivity environment, originally built inside Cloudflare; integrates ChatGPT Apps, MCP, Google, Notion) — not from the retired internal 'Cloudflare OS' name. MASTER-PRODUCT FORMULA: cloudflare-os upstream shell + GlassAgent architecture + thin governance/evidence/contract layer = DocuClear. Absorption via terminology rebrand and clean override/patch layer (per Sep 3 OS product-layer design, 9eb83a67); this is the Sep 2 solo-founder strategy applied at the OS layer. TENSION (Mike): cloudflare-os = each workspace separate; workspace agent creates gadgets for user/LLM interaction — light blueprinting but fundamentally 'build apps for everything'.
