RUN UPDATE / CLOSE-OUT — 2026-09-05-docucleardev.md appended after TotalDB sessions. Session 7 directive now recorded: upstream sync, git-store validation, and dropping the custom Sphere gatekeeper worker. Strategy: stay synced with Cloudflare upstream, rebase local fixes onto upstream tip c0b6f3e5 rather than fork; then pnpm check, full live verification, and production mutation only after approval. Gatekeeper drop scope: remove worker entries/bindings from deployment config and deploy coordinated Workshop/Router change; retire SphereGatekeeper DO + SPHERE_TOKEN handling; leave old Worker identity deployed but unbound by default (never auto-delete); retain packages/custom-gatekeeper/ in tree for history unless explicitly deleted. Three-way git-store validation required: repo gitlink/worktree/commits, Artifacts collections namespace+refresh+population (currently Artifacts disabled; don't enable unasked), and worktree/gadget git storage health + blueprint seed counts. File ingestion is important but explicitly parked for its own session. TotalDB/GlassAgent work remains validated and the run is now CLOSED pending execution of the directive.
