INGESTION BUILDER DECISION — X-Sphere-Slug: choose deployment-stable slug `docuclear-control` for the current gatekeeper-ingestion deployment. Rationale: single deployment/account boundary, simplest implementation, shared free-tier concurrency is acceptable for current phase, avoids inventing a per-user slug scheme before per-user billing/concurrency isolation exists. Revisit to per-customer/per-user slug only when metering, billing, or concurrency fairness requires it. Do not use raw email, user IDs, or customer-identifying values in the slug. The slug is a service metering/rate-limit key, not a document tenant-security boundary; authorization remains in the gatekeeper/workspace layer.
