CONSEQUENCE: the MINI_SPHERE_CONTRACT v0.1 draft is now decision-complete. Next steps toward ratification: finalize the contract text with the rulings fixed in, Mike review, commit to int_contracts, SHA-256 pin, evidence snapshot to docuclear-evidence, register MINI_SPHERE_CONTRACT in the name registry. Open: the scheduled-tasks gatekeeper wiring spike (pending the gatekeeper surfacing for the coder).
