GlassAgent architecture refinement (2026-08-22): GlassAgent is not an app. It is a pure, old-school three-layer architecture—presentation, business logic, and data—with a fundamental difference: intelligence is built into each layer. The presentation layer is an intelligent, mutable working surface; the business-logic layer contains intelligent orchestration, agents, contracts, procedures, and transformations; the data layer is an intelligent, connected substrate of data items, relationships, facts, calculations, provenance, and state. GlassAgent is therefore an intelligent architecture rather than a standalone application. DocuClear is a product experience built on this architecture.
