SPHERE FEAT/W4P MERGED (Aug 24, 2026, 2:15am BST): Merge commit 51d774dd. Main green: typecheck passes, 125/125 test files, 1502/1502 tests pass. 68 files changed (+3223/-243). Merged: W4P entry point, IngestionAgent DO, embedding interface, health endpoint, migrations, bundle script, INGESTION_CONTRACT.md rev2, DEPLOY_ARTIFACTS.md, all routes updated for async auth, frontend prefix-aware, wrangler updated (DO/R2, no browser/crons), test files updated. Branch feat/w4p deleted. Sphere is production-ready.
