Product epiphany (operator, 2026-10-08, verbatim core): pieces = "things you can do" + "apps you can use"; composing them = "a way to do it safely" — IT IS THE PRODUCT. Consequences: redactor/rules-engine/funnel are infrastructure; the sellable unit is the composed safe way of doing things (apps catalog + capabilities + safe compositions, e.g. hire-safely/share-safely/prompt-safely shaped). Rules engine governs which compositions are offered to whom (R-1/R0 → eligibility); funnel LLM helps users find their safe way (safe_path returns a composition); MCP/iframe/workspace are delivery surfaces. Users buy safe ways to do their jobs, not redaction or compliance.
