DECISION (Sep 2, 2026, ~9:32pm BST): report the service-bindings-in-dispatch-namespace limitation (upload error 10143) to Cloudflare — motivation: building kudos/developer relations with the platform team, plus getting the docs gap fixed. Report drafted as a GitHub issue for cloudflare/workers-sdk (precedent: issue 13840 on namespace cron triggers got an official team answer) + a short community-forum cross-post. Framing strategy: contributes a verified POSITIVE (worker_loaders work in namespaces — gate-zero artifacts) alongside the precise NEGATIVE (service bindings resolve account-level; 10143 with counterfactual), and names per-customer Cloudflare OS deployment as the use case. Three asks: (1) in-namespace service bindings, (2) explicit docs either way, (3) an authoritative answer on the reverse direction (user Worker → account-level Worker binding — if that works, sphere→ingestion could move from public fetch to a service binding). Draft is redaction-clean (no account ID, no tokens). Status: drafted, delivered as a markdown file, NOT yet posted. When Cloudflare responds, log the outcome against assessment entry 0fc9de5c.
