GlassAgent crystallization insight (2026-08-22): Work design is iterative. Inspired by Total.js runtime behavior, the system should maintain a canonical map file/JSON specification representing the entire current surface of the workspace—its ontology, work object, contracts, layers, relationships, controls, views, and capabilities—analogous to an OpenAPI specification but for the live intelligent work environment. As the user and orchestration agent converse, the map evolves. At runtime it is the authoritative description from which the intelligent presentation, business-logic, and data layers operate. This is the point to crystallize the GlassAgent vision around work design + the evolving canonical map.
