GOAL: deploy docuclear_factory (internal fork of cloudflare/vibesdk) as standalone, greenfield, internal-only instance. PLAN: (1) Fork cloudflare/vibesdk → docuclear-ai/int_factory (done, upstream baseline 89c5f3a); (2) opencode session with factorydev: configure wrangler.jsonc for account c79b62572bcaf9d3640f40de89ad49a2, deploy standalone; (3) record run artifact per evidence standard a5e10e10 — upstream SHA, deployment config, worker IDs, timestamps; (4) UPSTREAM.md committed with provenance. NAMING: component=docuclear_factory, repo=int_factory (docuclear-ai org). DEPLOYMENT: standalone, same account as int_control. CONNECTIONS: control.app → gatekeeper-factory MCP portal → factory (service bindings or HTTP, TBD). EVIDENCE STANDARD: a5e10e10 (same as int_control).
