Mike's multi-agent engineering process (opencode + sphere coder + curator coder): contract-first cross-repo work (identical contract file in both repos, conflicts reported not improvised around); requirement→diff mapping tables as deliverables; raw API responses over summary claims as evidence; review subtractions as carefully as additions (opencode once 'fixed' a valid wrangler secrets.required block by deleting it). Plan: build an evidence centre for automated claim-vs-code verification, possibly using vibesdk (which will be the sphere coder). Decisions are tracked in MikeSecondBrain.
