CORE PRODUCT DEFINITION — GlassAgent is a workspace for external LLMs (Sep 5, 2026, ~8:53pm BST — Mike to Perplexity, end-of-day). Mike's tired but clearest statement: the biggest part of what this actually is — is a workspace for external LLMs. It is 'make ChatGPT safe'. The reality is: an external LLM (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) comes to work in the GlassAgent workspace. The workspace shapes the memory, the routing, the gates, the evidence trail — not the user, not the blueprint catalog. The external LLM does not care what shape the workspace is; it just needs a governed, safe, evidence-carrying environment to operate in. That is the power. The workspace agent's job is to stand up that environment based on the user's work artifacts and the external LLM's needs. TotalDB is the substrate that makes this possible. The auditor PDF incident is the tell: the user should drop the PDF, the workspace should ingest it, the external LLM should operate inside the workspace (not on raw user data), and the workspace should carry the evidence. Sleep now; this is the north star.
