(2) Make GitHub the CANONICAL home for the four repos (docuclear-sphere, -deployment, -ingestion, OS wrapper) — the repo move, not the choice of coding agent, is what ends the hard-drive era; local checkouts become caches. (3) GATEKEEPER-SPHERE surgical add (queue item 1, five amendments) built with opencode against the GitHub clone, PR-based, evidence standard (a5e10e10) in force — fastest path to the dogfood unlock. (4) In parallel, configure the LIVE vibesdk instance (verify GitHub-import capability [UNKNOWN], wire GitHub integration) — NO new vibesdk instance (multi-project by design; a second instance is yak-shave). (2) DevmanMikey/docuclear-ingestion — 0cf18f2 (hardening: constant-time auth, URL timeout, body limits, single decode, backoff, processing_log endpoint) + 2897404 (Secrets Store binding for PLATFORM_SERVICE_TOKEN); main clean. (3) DevmanMikey/docuclear-sphere-deployment (private) — main at 57306cb (secrets_store_secrets change), ~8.4MB. (4) DevmanMikey/second-brain-cloudflare (private fork of rahilp/second-brain-cloudflare) = the sphere repo — main at d6b3f7d in sync with origin; OPEN: default branch is v3-custom while the W4P work lives on main — flip default to main in GitHub settings.
